Compensation & Perks:
Competitive Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour (Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts)

Who You Are:
Passionate about education & personal growth
Eager to learn new concepts and grow professionally
A strong communicator in English (Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a BIG plus!)
Experienced (at least 1 year as a teacher)
Holds an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field

What You’ll Do:
Lead & inspire a team to create an engaging learning environment
Work with small groups (ages 0-5) to model successful behaviors
Plan & deliver lessons that nurture curiosity and critical thinking
Conduct performance reviews & progress reports
Stay on top of the latest educational research and participate in ongoing training
