Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, or Elementary.
- Specialization or Certification in Bilingual Education, STEM or Literacy (is a plus).
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Early Childhood
- Demonstrated experience with: Inquiry-based learning or Reggio Emilia, Bilingual teaching (English/Spanish), Project-based or STEAM activities, Classroom management
Language Proficiency
- Fluent in English (native or near native level)
- Able to teach literacy
Pedagogical Skills
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
- Ability to design and lead integrated, interdisciplinary units of inquiry
- Comfort with hands-on and creative activities
- Uses formative assessment to guide individualized instruction
Personal & Professional Attributes
- Warm, nurturing, and emotionally intelligent
- Highly organized, creative, and reflective
